Insights

The useful question is rarely whether performance matters. It is what is making good performance difficult here.

Neuro-Performance Insights will examine the mechanisms beneath familiar workplace performance problems: cognitive load, decision pressure, behavioural transfer, manager practice, work design and the conditions that shape sustained execution.

The purpose is not to publish generic productivity advice. It is to make recurring performance patterns more visible, explain the mechanism with enough precision to be useful and stop before the point where a real situation needs individual analysis.
