No AI provider is connected to this platform. This page states the boundaries that will govern the AI Coach when it is released.
Not yet active
No AI feature is live on this platform. The AI Coach is a later, separately scoped release. Nothing on this site sends anything to an AI provider.
Private to the individual
When the AI Coach is released, an individual's conversations stay private to that individual. Employers, line managers and HR sponsors are never shown chat content, and no adviser reads private conversations.
Scoped to performance
The AI Coach is designed to help a user prepare for decisions and conversations, practise performance tools, reflect after demanding events and reinforce their roadmap. It is not a general-purpose chatbot.
Out of scope
Health, clinical, therapeutic, legal and financial advice are explicitly out of scope. The experience signposts to appropriate support rather than implying it can provide human or clinical help.
Human overview is purchased separately
When a customer purchases Expert Review, the overview is conducted by our team of MBA- and PhD-qualified professionals. There is no background human monitoring layer.
No internals exposed
Prompts, retrieval material, model or provider details, credentials and internal context are never shown in the browser.
